Data Collection and Usage

This app allows users to create, store, and manage health-related information under their control.

All data entered into the app remains under the user's control.

Health Data

The app stores health-related information entered directly by the user.

  • This data is stored locally on the device or in user-selected storage locations

  • All processing happens on-device

Data Handling

File Access

On Android, the app uses Storage Access Framework (SAF) to allow users to import and export data.

  • The app only accesses files explicitly selected by the user
  • The app does not access, scan, or collect other files on the device

SAF may provide access to: - Local device storage - Third-party or cloud storage providers (such as Nextcloud, Google Drive, or similar services)

When a user selects a file from a third-party or cloud provider:

  • Data may be transferred to or from that provider as part of the user's action
  • The app does not control or initiate these transfers independently
  • All such actions are explicitly initiated by the user via the system interface

Third-Party Storage Providers

If users choose to use third-party or cloud storage providers via SAF:

  • Data handling is subject to the privacy policies of those providers
  • The app does not access or store this data outside user-controlled locations
  • The developer has no access to data stored with external providers

Data Sharing (User-Initiated)

The app allows users to share exported data with other apps.

  • Sharing is entirely user-initiated
  • The app does not automatically share any data
  • Once shared, data is handled according to the privacy practices of the selected app or service

Data Storage and Retention

  • Data is stored locally on the device or in user-selected storage locations
  • The app does not use its own remote servers
  • Data is retained only as long as the user keeps it

Data Deletion

Users have full control over their data:

  • Data can be deleted within the app (if supported)
  • Users can delete all data by:
  • Clearing app storage via device settings
  • Deleting files from selected storage locations
  • Uninstalling the app

Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

Third-Party Services

This app does not use:

  • Analytics tools
  • Advertising SDKs
  • Third-party tracking or data collection services

Security

All processing happens on the user's device. The app does not transmit data over the internet.

Open Source Transparency

This app is open-source. Users can review the source code to verify how data is handled.

Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated if app functionality changes.
